A Scrum Master is a team leader in Agile project management. Their job is to:
– Facilitate Scrum meetings like sprint planning and daily stand-ups,
– Help the team stay focused and remove obstacles,
– Teach and guide the team on Scrum practices,
– Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog.
– Scrum Masters ensure the team works efficiently using the Scrum framework. They do not manage people, but they manage the process and protect the team from distractions.
